All Sestra orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India takes 3–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or courier service.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Sestra, your comfort matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we make it simple to return your purchase and receive store credit. Please read the details of our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return.
Refund Method

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used on future purchases at Sestra.

Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any product on our website.
Deductions

A ₹100 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD charges will also be deducted from the refund.
Condition of Returns

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
